Alleged bomber on CCTV - Thai Rath, February 17, 2007
The bomber: Picture from a close circuit camera that shows the behavior of the suspicious person in the case of bomb at Saphan Kwai on December 31. The director general of judges approve the officer to issue an arrest warrant, but they do not yet know who he is.
[Note that the bombing investigation is highly politicized with rival law enforcement branches sparring over motives. Two weeks ago when the allegation was made that the bomber was from the south, supposedly secret cctv was leaked to coincide with the announcement. This time supposedly secret footage was also leaked to coincide with the issuing of warrants for the unknown bomber.]
